What is the difference between Enablement and Integration?
Enablement is training. We spend half a day with your crew on your own jobs and files, set the tools up on your accounts, and leave written steps behind. That is $2,500. Integration is building. We come in and wire AI into your intake, scheduling or quoting, connected to software you already pay for. That is scoped per job, between $8,000 and $25,000.
Do I need a website first?
Yes, and we will tell you so. A site is cheaper and does more for most local businesses than any AI work will. We only sell AI once a site is live.
What does 'embed with your team' mean?
We work on site and inside your systems rather than handing over a spec. We build against your real jobs and real data, sit with the people who will use it, and stay while it settles in.
How is Integration scoped and priced?
It depends on how many systems it touches and how much of your process it changes. We scope it in writing before you commit, and the band is $8,000 to $25,000. If it is going to land at the top of that, you hear it before you sign.
Will this replace my staff?
No. Every job on this page is one nobody wanted anyway. The late calls, the Sunday paperwork, the reviews nobody answers. The point is that your people get to do the work they were hired for.
What if AI isn't worth it for my business?
Then we say so and you keep your money. We would rather keep a website client for years than sell one bad AI job.
