Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Go7Studio's applications, websites, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Go7Studio provides mobile games, gaming content, and related services. Our games include Empire Tycoon and other titles available on various app stores and platforms.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to infringe on the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in our games and services are owned by Go7Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our games offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to the app store where the purchase was made.

6. Website Services for Local Businesses

These terms apply to website design, hosting, and related services we provide to businesses, quoted on a written work order. Paying the deposit accepts the work order and these terms.

Payment

A deposit to start; the balance at delivery. Nothing ships until the balance is paid — a site goes live, and training materials hand over, once it clears. A monthly plan bills monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

Refunds

Cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started the deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the work performed. After the site is live there is no refund. If we cancel, or cannot deliver, any amount you have paid that we have not earned is refunded.

What you own

You own your domain, and — once the work order is paid in full — your site and its content. Where we registered a domain for you, we hold it in your name and transfer it out free whenever you ask. Transfers are subject to the registrar's own lock periods, which are outside our control. Premium or non-standard domains, and email hosting, are separate unless the work order says otherwise.

Hosting

Included for the first year, then charged annually at the rate on your work order, or covered by a monthly plan. Hosting covers keeping the site online and coordinating renewals. It does not include edits, support, search optimisation, form troubleshooting, or email — those are quoted separately or covered by a monthly plan.

What is included

The work order lists it. Additional pages, logo design, photography, and writing beyond the services you have listed publicly are quoted separately. Work beyond the work order proceeds only once you approve it in writing.

Your content

We build from what you give us and from your public business listings. You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, and marks you supply. Tell us if anything on the site is wrong and we will correct it promptly.

Third-party services

Sites depend on services we do not operate — registrars, hosts, payment processors, and Google Business Profile among them. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes, or policy decisions.

Our liability

Our total liability for these services is limited to the amount you have paid us for them.

Showing the work

We may show a finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Go7Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Who you are contracting with

Go7Studio is a trading name of Moonlight Capital LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. Moonlight Capital LLC is the party named on your work order and the merchant of record for payments, so a card statement may show either name.
